Welcome to YLearnB. These Terms of Use govern your use of the YLearnB website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

YLearnB is an interactive learning platform that allows users to practice multiple-choice questions, upload their own question pools, and share these resources with others. Our mission is to provide an effective, user-friendly environment for self-assessment and knowledge improvement.

YLearnB provides the following services to registered users:

• Access to practice multiple-choice questions from various subjects and topics
• The ability to create and upload your own question pools using our template
• Options to share your question pools with other users
• Performance tracking and analytics to monitor your progress
• Subscription options for unlimited access to premium question pools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to disable any user account if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

YLearnB offers both free and premium subscription options. Our pricing structure operates on a per-question-pool basis, allowing you to subscribe only to the content you need.

Free Access

Free users can access a limited number of questions from each pool and have unlimited access to review their practice history. The exact number of free questions varies by pool.

Premium Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription to a question pool:

• Your subscription is for a specific question pool, not for all pools on the platform
• Pricing varies by pool based on content value and complexity
• You may choose monthly or annual billing cycles
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled
• You can manage your subscriptions through your account settings

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the terms of our payment processors.

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will apply to billing cycles after the change is published.

Our Services allow you to create, upload, and share content in the form of question pools.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to YLearnB. However, by uploading content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you upload
• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable. We may also terminate access to your content if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to parts of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems
• Using the Services to send unsolicited communications or promotions
• Scraping, data mining, or otherwise collecting information from the Services without our written consent
• Using the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to the Services and potential legal action.

The Services and their original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by YLearnB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of YLearnB or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

The structure, organization, and code of our Services are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of YLearnB. You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or components included in the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through your account settings.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YLEARNB MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

YLEARNB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION
• ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND SELF-ASSESSMENT PURPOSES ONLY. YLEARNB DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF THIS CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YLEARNB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF YLEARNB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
